Employee Benefits

Employee Engagement

Employee engagement is key to helping us understand the employee experience. We conduct anonymous global engagement surveys regularly to measure the effectiveness of our people and culture initiatives.

These surveys are managed by a third-party vendor to encourage candor. The results are reviewed by senior management, who work with their teams to determine which actions to take based on survey results.



Talent Development

We believe that employee growth is essential and provide a number of resources and programs to support that commitment. We facilitate employee review cycles where employees have development conversations with their managers multiple times throughout the year. In addition, we offer our employees more than 250 courses and videos covering a wide range of topics from departmental specific skills to leadership and management training.

 

Social Responsibility

In connection with our initial public offering in March 2021, we joined the Pledge 1% Movement and committed to allocating $50 million over ten years.

DO Impact is our social impact effort designed to empower changemakers around the globe through products and philanthropy, enable our people to do good in their communities, and ensure our footprint is sustainable. DO for Nonprofits & Social Enterprises —as part of DO Impact—is our commitment to harnessing DO technology, open source and technical expertise to support non-profit organizations, educational institutions, social enterprises and others who are working to advance social good. Cybersecurity, Privacy & Data Protection

We focus heavily on securing our network, products and customer data from potential security threats with a dedicated team of security professionals. For more information, visit our Security page and the Cybersecurity section of our Annual Report on Form 10-K.

Our Trust Platform contains transparency reports and our Privacy Shield Notice to show how we manage customer data. Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and share information in connection with customers’ use of our websites. We provide resources to customers with detailed information and instructions regarding measures they can take to protect their own data through tutorials and blog posts on our community education website.

We are AICPA SOC 2 Type II and SOC 3 Type II certified and we have achieved Cloud Security Alliance (CSA) STAR Level 1. Our certification reports are located on our Trust Platform.
