Our Corporate Governance Guidelines are designed to give our Board of Directors a framework for pursuing our objectives for the benefit of our stockholders.
Our Code of Conduct covers a wide range of business conduct, including honest and ethical conduct, insider trading, conflicts of interest, confidentiality and corporate opportunities.
Our Whistleblower Policy provides for the confidential and anonymous submission by employees of concerns related to questionable accounting and auditing matters and prohibits retaliation against any employees who submit concerns.
All employees and consultants are required to complete training to certify that they have read and understand our key policies, including the Code of Conduct and Whistleblower Policy, both as a part of our onboarding and on an annual basis.

All of our employees and consultants are required to complete mandatory compliance trainings on an annual basis on our governance policies, diversity & inclusion and cybersecurity.
